Why we collect this. Your RSVP and any volunteer answers are used to plan headcount, distribute food vouchers, organize volunteers, and send event updates. They are not used for anything else.
Who can see it. Responses are accessible to the Amour Townhomes Board, Lionheart Property Management, designated event organizers, and the technical service providers that host this site. Responses are not posted publicly.
How long we keep it. Responses are retained for the event-planning period and then deleted or anonymized, unless the corporation reasonably needs to retain them for event administration, safety, insurance, accounting, or governance.
What this site isn't. This site is for community event information, RSVPs, volunteer coordination, and resident resources. It is not a channel for maintenance requests, owner concerns, complaints, records requests, legal notices, emergencies, or other corporation business — those should be directed to Lionheart Property Management through the established management channel.
